It is required
that a copy of invoice(s) be faxed with RMA request AND
with shipment.

No RMA number will be issued without
a legible copy of the invoice.

Only send defective product,
DO NOT send any manuals, cables, drivers, etc.
(unless returning for credit). AMB will not be responsible if you
do not receive any of these items back.

If returning products for credit,
products must be in LIKE NEW condition or no
credit will be given. (No credit after 3 days from the purchase
date.)

Please print the RMA number clearly
on the outside of the RMA package.

CPU RMA numbers are good for 3 days
only. RMA numbers for all other products are good for 5 days.
Please make every effort to ship the products back to us as soon as
possible.

All hard drives and monitor¡¦s
warranty is only valid with the manufacturer. (i.e.Western Digital,
Seagate, Toshiba, IBM, Hitachi, Samsung, KDS, ACER, AOC, HannsG.)
Please contact the manufacturer directly for hard drive or monitor
replacement.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE
PROCEDURES WILL RESULT IN NO RMA BEING ISSUED OR A REFUSAL OF YOUR RMA
