A: No. We currently don't accept international orders.

Q: What shipping methods do you have available?
A: UPS and Federal Express.
Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: Usually within 24 hours of order date.
Q: What is the difference between OEM and Retail versions?
A. The retail and OEM versions usually will have the same exact product,
however the retail version usually will come with bundled software, retail
packaging. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) versions will come with
the actual product and usually the drivers, no special packaging or software.
Occasionally the retail version will accompany a longer warranty.
Suggestion: Check out the manufacturer's website, to see what all is included.
Q: What does the term "bare drive" or "bare card"
mean?
A. Actually it means exactly how it is described. It will come with just
the bare product. No special packaging, manuals, drivers, or accessories
are included. These items are purchased in bulk, and do not come with
any accessories.
Suggestion: Most manufacturer websites post the drivers & documentation
for your convenience.
Q: Can I check the status & tracking numbers on my order through the
internet?

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A. Send your request, along with your order number to our customer service
department at admin@ambinternational.com
All cancellations must be in writing, and please allow 24hrs notice.
Any refused shipments will be subject to a service fee of $25.00 along
with applicable shipping charges to cover the expenses associated with
the processing and return of your product. All returned packages are subject
to out 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Please refer to our disclaimer for details.
Q: What if my product is on back order?
A: If you place an order for an item that is on back order, we will ship
the product as soon as it is available. If you purchased multiple items,
we will ship the remainder of your order, and ship out the back order
product as soon as it arrives. (You will not be charged any additional
shipping charges). Also we will contact you if there are any problem with
order.
Q: What is Microsoft OEM software (vs. Retail box)?
A: Microsoft OEM software is a full version (non-upgrade) which includes
the CD-ROM, the Certificate of Authenticity (COA), and the product key
codes. These elements are all you will need to load and run the software.
The software runs exactly the same way as the full retail version. The
differences between OEM and Retail are: 1.)Microsoft does not supply technical
support on their OEM products, 2.)you receive an installation manual instead
of a full manual with OEM and 3.)OEM does not come in a box. OEM cannot
be used to upgrade from a previous version (i.e. Windows 98 or Windows
2000). However, you will be able to upgrade OEM to a future release.
